- Is my elevator pitch detailing my value add for corporate boards fine-tuned and ready to present clearly in 90-seconds or less?
- Are my board documents up to date and will they give board decision makers the best insights into what I can bring to the table?
- Do I need to reengage with contacts in my network? (Maintaining relationships is the key to board connections.)
- Am I being realistic about the boards I am pursuing? Are the sizes of the companies in alignment with my executive experience?
- Do I need to make some revisions to my action plan for achieving corporate board success?
